AquaVale dispatches pool equipment orders from our warehouse in Melbourne to addresses across Australia. We work with trusted delivery partners — including Couriers Please, Aramex, and TNT — depending on the size of your order, delivery location, and service availability.

Melbourne metro — same day
Before 10 am
orders placed after 10 am: next business day
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking details, estimated delivery timing, and any important delivery notes. Our team also monitors deliveries from our end to help ensure your order is moving as expected.
Please make sure your delivery address, contact details, and access instructions are correct at the time of ordering.
2. Delivery of pool and spa shells
Delivery of pool and spa shells is handled differently from standard pool equipment. Each shell must be produced, scheduled, and transported by truck — and because of their size and weight, delivery requires careful advance coordination.
Production lead time
Up to 3 weeks
varies by model, finish, and seasonal demand
On-site time included
1.5 hours
additional time charged in 15-min increments
Once the shell is manufactured and ready, delivery is arranged by truck to your agreed delivery address. We will provide delivery details and timing information before dispatch so you, your installer, and your crane operator can coordinate the site properly.
In-ground installations
For in-ground installations, the shell must be met on site by a suitable crane so it can be lifted directly from the truck and placed into the prepared excavation. The hole, access path, crane position, and site conditions must all be ready before the delivery truck arrives.
Standalone or above-ground installations
Alternative unloading and placement arrangements must be confirmed before delivery. This may include crane access, machinery, additional labour, or another suitable method, depending on the site.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all required access, lifting equipment, site preparation, and relevant approvals are in place before delivery. AquaVale can help coordinate delivery timing, but crane hire, site readiness, and installation access must be arranged by the client or their installer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply if delivery is delayed, access is not suitable, the crane is not ready, the site is not prepared, or the shell cannot be unloaded safely at the scheduled time.
